The Vacation Home Referral Program is only eligible to persons with a U.S. tax identification number who refer a homeowner that (a) signs an AvantStay vacation rental management agreement with a term of at least one year, and (b) AvantStay has the property listed on its website for at least 30 days, where the subject property is located in a state that permits payment of referral fees to unlicensed persons. If the referring party is a licensed real estate agent in the state where the subject property is located, please reach out to brokerage@avantstay.com for more information on our Agent Partners Program.
States that prohibit or severely restrict providing compensation for real estate contract referrals to unlicensed individuals include, but may not be limited to: AK, AL, AR, CO, CT, DE, D.C., GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, PA, PR, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV, WI, WY.
AvantStay, in its sole discretion, may determine that other regulations apply that render a referral ineligible for the Vacation Home Referral Program.
If eligible, the referrer will receive $1,500 USD, paid via ACH or check after receiving a W9 and other requested information. Please allow for 3-6 weeks from the date the referred home becomes eligible for processing.
If the homeowner executes an agreement of at least two years, the referred homeowner will receive a credit of $1,500 on their first monthly statement following the publication of the home on AvantStay’s website. If the referred homeowner terminates or materially breaches the agreement prior to the end of the term, this promotion will be reimbursed to AvantStay from future payments.
