Our in-house Listings and Distribution team takes a diversified distribution approach to increase lead and are listed on Airbnb, VRBO, booking. com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, and more. Plus, we have exclusive access to luxury listing sites such as Homes & Villas by Marriott International, Luxury Villas & Homes, LaCure, Luxury Retreats, and The Plum Guide. We have cultivated strong relationships with leading distribution platforms and are preferred partners of top-performing OTAs like Airbnb and VRBO. We are directly integrated with these partners, allowing us channel-specific listing and revenue optimization to maximize conversion.
Over the next several months, AvantStay will be working with Dave and the Pocono Rentals team to officially transition your property onto our platform in the spring. The integration team will be working behind the scenes to ensure your seamless transition with minimal effort on your part.
Critical to this is deepening our understanding of your property’s current management operations by working side by side with the team at Pocono Rentals over the next few months. During this time, Pocono Rentals will continue to provide the same great service you have come to expect while helping AvantStay learn the details of your property's operations and procedures. Listing & Distribution
Concierge & Value Added Services
Your guests can take advantage of our premium concierge services to schedule mid-stay cleans, request fridge stocking, book a private chef or in-home massages, and more. We find bespoke services with local partners to fit the needs of each of our markets, creating new ways your guests can enhance their stay at your property.
Safety & Technology
AvantStay offers cutting-edge smart technology and installation for every home in our portfolio at no additional cost. Our safety and security technology package offers everything from seamless WiFi solutions to entry and noise monitoring, ensuring your home is safe and protected and your neighbors are undisturbed. Additionally, all incoming guests are fully vetted during their booking process using Persona, our automated ID verification and fraud prevention solution.
Home Protection
With our Accidental Damage Protection program, AvantStay charges all guests a small nightly fee between $12-$20, and will cover the cost of unintentional guest damages up to $2,000. This protects you in the event we are unable to collect damage-related funds from the guest and ensures expenses related to accidental guest damages under $2,000 are not charged back to you. We also require all owners to provide a copy of their homeowners insurance or declaration of their homeowners insurance for our records naming AvantStay as additionally insured. In addition to your policy, AvantStay maintains its own general liability coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate, as well as professional liability, EPLI, worker's compensation, and other policies required to protect our operations.
You will continue to receive monthly payments and statements from Pocono Rentals during the transition period. At launch, you will get access to AvantStay’s owner portal, Lighthouse, where you can access your monthly statements, find all information related to your property’s bookings and revenue information, view your listings and work orders, and book stays for yourself and your guests.
The first month after launch.
Yes, all of your current owner reservations will be transferred into our system at launch. You will be able to view them and make additional reservations directly in Lighthouse.
AvantStay will absorb the management operations, including housekeeping and maintenance providers, your home currently has in place. AvantStay relies on the care and service of existing local partners to help keep the transition as smooth as possible. Should there be a need for additional services or a change in service provider, AvantStay offers full-service management services including sourcing, training, and coordinating with all vendors (housekeeping, pool/spa servicing, trash removal, etc.).
The Owner clean rate you are currently charged will be the same that AvantStay charges.
There will be no change to your property’s distribution channels during the transition period. Your home will continue to be marketed on Pocono Rentals' website and OTA platforms. Prior to launch, our team will create your listing in AvantStay’s platform from your current listing. We will push your new AvantStay listing live on our site and OTAs in the spring.
Will my repair threshold change?
No, whatever dollar amount is currently reflected in your agreement will be carried forward.

Our mission has always been to unlock amazing experiences in top destinations, and there’s nothing we love more than bringing families, friends, and loved ones together to enjoy cherished moments with those they care about most. The team at Pocono Rentals will continue to serve your guests throughout the transition while AvantStay and Pocono Rentals work together to transfer over all guest-facing property details and procedures into AvantStay’s guest platform.
All existing reservations will remain in place and be transferred over with no action needed from you. You will be able to view real-time reservations at your property in Lighthouse.
Both Pocono Rentals and AvantStay will send an email to former and upcoming guests to announce the transition right before the launch. For guests staying at your home after launch, we ensure them that there are no changes to their reservation.
AvantStay will work with Pocono Rentals to collect all information on your repeat guests and VIPs so we can continue to provide the same level of service they are used to. Their profile will be marked internally in our platform so each reservation gets an extra level of service and attention.

Only AvantStay homeowners get access to our award-winning interior design team who will create a custom locally inspired design for your home. We can accommodate a range of scopes of redesign – from light staging and décor, to a full home refresh. We work with owners to identify design goals and customize a program best suited to fit those needs.

There will be no changes to how you are paid for the months leading up to the launch on AvantStay’s platform in the spring. Until then, you will be paid by Pocono Rentals and your statements will continue to be provided by Pocono Rentals. The first month after the launch, you will be paid by AvantStay and will be able to access your statement Lighthouse, AvantStay’s proprietary owner portal. Statements will continue to be issued by the 15th of the month.
